In a long abandoned temple, a wanderer makes a friend.
We recommend you download and play with gamepad!
Hold 'R' or 'Start' to restart the current chamber.
'Escape' to return to the main menu.
This is introduced in the game, but for clarity's sake: By pressing the command button (North Button on your gamepad or 'F' on your keyboard) you give Snake a contextual command.
If Snake is following you, Snake will be commanded to Stay.
If Snake is Staying, Snake will be commanded to follow you.
And finally, if you're on Snake's head, Snake will be commanded to move to the cursor's location.

It looks really good.
I don't understand why I need to hold LMB to climb (if it was easier to make it like this, I understand. But if it was a choice, I think its unnecesary). Also my first idea when finding the snake was to climb it and try to ride it (as you can hold to it's fur), and I think that would be really cool if it was possible. Unfortunately there is not much of gameplay. I could see some puzzles with positioning the snake or using it as a platform, but it was just a walking simulator with buttons.
Also at some point the snake decided it would not lower it's head which made it impossible for him to fit in the door, so I couldn't finish the game.
That being said I think it's possible to make some really interesting puzzles in this concept and that could make for a really good game
this was amazing! only complaint I have is the room where you just have to put the snake on the button and yourself on another one a bit tedious, maybe it's symbolic but it got tiring seeing the same room with the same "puzzle" again and again.
Also wondering why this isnt submitted as a gamejam submission?
